Dr. Andrew Atiemo is a board-certified and fellowship trained interventional cardiologist. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine and holds certifications in internal medicine, cardiovascular diseases, and interventional cardiology. He is very passionate about cardiovascular prevention and believes that we all have the potential to improve our lives and our health for the better.
Dr. Atiemo received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School in Boston Massachusetts. He completed his internal medicine residency at Harvard/Brigham and Women's Hospital, followed by cardiology and interventional cardiology fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. He enjoys clinical teaching and holds a Clinical Assistant Professorship with Midwestern University, Glendale Arizona. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, Lifetime Member of the Association of Black Cardiologists, and Member of the American Medical Association.
